UK SHIPPING CHARGES

• UK standard shipping: Up to 10 Business days is £2.50 or free if you spend £40+
  
• International shipping: costs vary depending on your order value and location. Please add your items to cart and enter your address for an accurate quote.
• Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or Bank Holidays.

RETURNS

To request a return please email us using: info@bionyc.co.uk, stating the reason. We will then provide details as to how and where to send your return. Please see our returns policy for further information.

Returns are free, however please only use this service if absolutely necessary. Returns increase our carbon footprint and we aim to reduce this wherever possible. Less postage = Less Carbon!

UK SHIPPING

We dispatch most UK orders via Royal Mail (larger orders may be sent via courier). Orders are usually dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders at certain times of year, such as Christmas, when we are on sale, or running a promotional offer. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Delivery times can vary depending other external factors beyond our control. During restrictions in place due to Covid, as an example, delivery times may be delayed due to a reduced workforce. Other factors such changes to shipping due to Brexit may all increase delivery times.

Please note we do not dispatch orders at the weekend as the warehouse is closed.
